Just over three years ago we had an e-commerce site from another provider. It was basically a
template that you filled in. It was a very easy site to use, very stable, with lots of functionality but
the SEO was limited and we knew that this was impacting on sales.

From day one Tracy was very supportive and gave us huge amounts of advice and options for

site and add products ourselves which meant lessons in how to do so! Tracy taught us how to do
this so now we have the flexibility, confidence and knowledge to manage our site which is proving

knowledge on SEO. The page ranking for our site has improved incredibly from when we first
started and we have seen a huge uplift in sales, with the number of orders that we process on a
monthly basis having doubled since working with dashes n dots. As an online business the main
challenge we face is any drop in the number of hits on the site. Until recently we were getting
around 200 hits a day, and this has now dropped by 25% to around 150. Tracy has such a depth
of knowledge that she has been able to investigate this, find the problem, which was nothing to do
with dashes n dots, and is taking steps to improve the backlinks and get the hits back up. The hits directly impact on sales, so it is critical to have strong support in this area.
For anyone about to sell on line, in my opinion, they must without fail employ dashes n dots. It is
not enough just to have a “pretty site”; it needs to be functional and optimised on an on-going
basis. It is not enough to have a site and do nothing on SEO; it is like printing a gorgeous
brochure and putting it in a cupboard! You must get your website noticed by using the technical
skills of the experts to drive traffic to your site.
With regard to the future goals of Cheap Snap Frames, we want to double our existing turnover by
the end of the year; increase our product range by 50% within 6-months; develop different
avenues to market; communicate more with e-shots to both existing and new clients; and continue
to develop a strong company. All these goals can only be achieved with the continuing help and
